The Screen Actors Guild Awards, also known as the SAG Awards, are among the most prestigious awards given out to actors. Unlike other awards, this is the only televised awards show exclusively dedicated to those in the acting profession. No directors, writers, producers or other craftspeople, these awards are simply actors acknowledging fellow actors.

Held in January each year, the SAG Awards are pretty much in the middle of Awards Season as it ramps up in frequency and stature leading up to the Oscars®. For many performers, it’s an opportunity to see old friends and catch up with those they may only see a few times each year at the larger events. The SAG Awards are also one of the few opportunities for both television and movie stars to occupy the same carpet at the same time.

Lee, I’ve known you for long time and everytime I see your pictures, I think they are just amazing.
I always tell you that your pictures make me feel and smell the scene!!
Thanks so much Aiko! Be careful though. Sometimes Hollywood Blvd. … it doesn’t smell so nice! LOL
Lee, your photographs are true artistry. It takes a certain touch, a certain ‘eye’ to get just the right shot. You have mastered the art of getting the most flattering look from your subjects.
Thanks so much Cheryl. That’s such a great compliment!
